Al is an alligator; he wants to play with Tony the turtle and Rob the rabbit. He tries saying “Hello.”

But Rob and Tony say “Go away.” Rob and Tony didn’t like Al because Al has big sharp teeth and long sharp claws. The next day Al saw Tony at one side of a big river that had fast water.

Al asked “Do you need help crossing the river Tony?” Tony then nodded with discomfort. So Tony got onto Al’s back and Al swam across the river with all of his strength. Al made it across with Tony sitting on his back.

Not knowing what to say to Al except “Thank you Al that was very nice of you.”

“You’re welcome Tony” Says Al. Al and Tony say goodbye. Later that day Al saw Rob in a deep puddle of mud. Rob was struggling to free himself from the thick mud, as he screamed for help. Al came there just in time.

“Grab onto my tail!” said Al.

“Ok!” said Rob. Rob then grabbed firmly onto Al’s tail, as Al tugged Rob out of the thick clumps of mud, pulling him free. When Rob was finally out of the mud he rolled onto his back and had a sigh of relief. “Thanks Al you’re a real life saver.”

“No problem Rob” A couple days later Tony and Rob was playing tic tac toe. Al walked by not expecting them to let him play, until they shocked him by saying

“Hey Al do you want to play tic tac toe with us?” Al nodded his head in agreement and excitement, saying

“Yes I would love to” Al, Tony and Rob then became friends forever.
